Cancellation Policy

To cancel a reservation, contact us at least 24 hours before the agreed time. Otherwise, 100% of the price will be charged. In case the participants are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, the agreed game may not take place or be postponed for another day and time. In this case, the amount paid is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another reservation. В този случай заплатената сума не се възстановява и не може да бъде прехвърлена за друга резервация.
