Mysterium Escape Games is located in the center of Sunny Beach, near the traffic lights at the end of Flower str. It is within walking distance of the central bus station. You can also arrive by car, the building has a parking lot in front. There are also many paid parking garages within only a few minutes walking.

An escape room is a game in which a team of players discover clues, solve puzzles and complete tasks in one or more rooms in order to accomplish a specific mission in a limited amount of time and break out.

It is not allowed to bring phones, tablets and other devices that can film or connect to the internet inside the rooms. You can leave all your belongings in the lockers before the start of the game. Everything you need for the game will be provided to you.

The age limit for our games is 16+. With adult supervision, our recommended minimum age is 10 years old.

No, there is absolutely nothing scary in our rooms. But have in mind some of the rooms are not very well lit for the purposes of the experience.

The Asylum and the Challenge room are played in English.

Our games are designed according to safety standards. The challenge room is suitable for anyone, including pregnant women. However, the escape rooms are not recommended for pregnant women, people with cardiovascular problems, suffering from claustrophobia, hypertension, epilepsy etc., as well as people intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

Refund is possible only after notification by phone or email no later than 24 hours before the time of your reservation! Refunds paid by bank card or bank transfer can only be made to the bank card or bank account used for the payment. All bank fees for this transaction are at the expense of the client.

Taking part doesn't require special knowledge or strong physical power. If you like to solve puzzles and are excited about live adventures you are ready for the game. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Occasionally you might need to crawl, jump or climb.

Please be on site 15 minutes before your start of the game. We will brief you and give you time to prepare. If you are late, depending on availability, the time in the room may be decreased accordingly.

The Challenge Room concept is an unconventional type of escape room created with the sole purpose of making a very fun escape game that can feature large groups (up to 16 - 20 players). It is a 90-minute game and its goal is not to escape, but to accomplish a mission.

That depends on the room. Asylum allows 2 to 6 players at the same time, whereas the other escape room Ghost Protocol is for 3 to 6 players. The challenge room is designed for larger groups of 4 to 16. The game can be played with 4 people indeed but the recommended minimum is 8.
