An escape room is a live team game! You and your group search for clues, solve puzzles, and complete tasks before time runs out. Your goal is to finish the mission in time!

What's a challenge room?

The Challenge Room concept is an unconventional type of escape room created with the sole purpose of making a very fun escape game that can feature large groups (up to 16 - 20 players). It is a 90-minute game and its goal is not to escape, but to accomplish a mission.

How should I prepare for the game?

Taking part doesn't require special knowledge or strong physical power. If you like to solve puzzles and are excited about live adventures you are ready for the game. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

When should we arrive?

Please be on site 15 minutes before your start of the game. We will brief you and give you time to prepare. If you are late, depending on availability, the time in the room may be decreased accordingly.

Can children join the games?

Yes! Players aged 16+ can join on their own. If you’re bringing younger players, our recommended minimum age is 10, as long as an adult is with them.

How many players can join a game at once?

It depends on the game you choose! Asylum is for 2 to 6 players. The Challenge Room is made for bigger groups, usually 4 to 10 players.

How do you book your escape room?

Is it scary to play?

No, there is absolutely nothing scary in our rooms. But have in mind some of the rooms are not very well lit for the purposes of the experience.

Is it safe to play? Can I play if I am pregnant?

Our games are designed according to safety standards. The challenge room is suitable for anyone, including pregnant women. However, the escape rooms are not recommended for pregnant women, people with cardiovascular problems, suffering from claustrophobia, hypertension, epilepsy etc., as well as people intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

What can I bring with me inside the room? Do I need anything specific?

It is not allowed to bring phones, tablets and other devices that can film or connect to the internet inside the rooms. You can leave all your belongings in the lockers before the start of the game. Everything you need for the game will be provided to you.

How do you find Mysterium Escape Games, and where can you park?

You’ll find us at Midia Grand Resort in Aheloy. For the easiest route, search Google Maps for "JJPR+8F Aheloy". If you’re coming by car, allow a little extra time to find a parking spot!

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Refund is possible only after notification by phone or email no later than 24 hours before the time of your reservation! Refunds paid by bank card or bank transfer can only be made to the bank card or bank account used for the payment. All bank fees for this transaction are at the expense of the client.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the booking, a fee of 25€ is applicable.
